MINISTRY SEED GRANT
Christian Global Outreach Ministries [CGOM] welcomes applicants to apply for a Ministry Seed Grant. These grants are purposed with helping ministries accomplish the mission that God has called them to complete. There is no maximum or minimum category, size or ministry scope. All ministry projects that serve the Body of Christ are able to apply during our intake round.
Only ministers ordained through Christian Global Outreach Ministries are eligible to apply.
What is the CGOM Ministry Seed Grant?
Christian Global Outreach Ministries is devoted to equipping Christians to spread the Gospel throughout the ends of the earth.
CGOM introduces the Ministry Seed Grant as a way to provide financial support to help grow outstanding ministry projects.
It is our heart to provide information, community, and ordination support to strengthen ministers in spreading the message of Jesus Christ.
If you have not yet been active in ministry with your ordination, we hope that this encourages you to do so.
Each minister will receive:
- Up to $1000 towards their Ministry
- Media Spotlight Ministry Award
- Ministry Highlight in CGOM Directory
How to Apply:
Please complete the below application during the intake round. Winners will be chosen by a selection committee.
Who Qualifies:
- Ministers who are ordained with CGOM (At least 1 month)
- Ministers with a Ministry that already exists and not in process of starting
- Ministers who Provide as much valid information as possible in application
- Ministers who are in good standing with CGOM

Q: Who is eligible to apply for the CGOM Ministry Seed Grant?
A: This funding process is open to ministers who have been ordained by CGOM only. Ordination must be for at least one month before application. There is no limit or ministry scope. Any ministry project that supports the Gospel of Jesus Christ is welcome to apply.
Q: What is the deadline for submitting applications?
A: Applications open on July 1, 2023, and close on July 31, 2023. All applications must be submitted before the deadline to be considered.
Q: How will the winners be selected?
A: A selection committee will review all eligible applications and select finalists based on the quality of their ministry project, scope of ministry project, and potential ministry impact. Finalists will be part of a final process through our review committee . Three (3) ministries will be selected for funding based on the results of this process.
Q: What are the prizes for the competition?
A: Each ministry that is selected is eligible to receive up to $1000 towards the selected ministry outreach project.
Q: Can I apply if my ministry is not based in the United States?
A: Yes, the Seed Grant is open to ministers from around the world who were ordained through Christian Global Outreach Ministries and are currently in good standing.
Q: What should be included in the application?
A: The application should provide 1) A historical overview of your ministry and your impact to your local community in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 2) Summarize your ministry project to be funded by the Seed Grant 3) Clearly outline how the funds would be spent.
