How To Encourage and Stay Encouraged During the COVID-19 Quarantine
We have gotten so many requests from ministers about how they can minister during this time when health officials tell us to stay inside amidst coronavirus concerns. Churches are no longer meeting and people are asked to stay in their homes. How do we continue to fellowship and reach the lost?
If you are reading this, you are online as just like millions of others across the globe. The internet is your mission field and place to offer support. Reach your family, friends, community and so many other people that you may never see by turning your email, social media and other online spaces into sanctuaries of encouragement and support.
To get you started there are five great images below that you are free to share. You can use them on your social media, email or even call someone to remind them of God’s promises.
The goal is to spread light in the darkness and hope for those who may be filled with fear. We will be posting more in our Facebook group . If you haven’t joined us yet, we are waiting for you. If you are not into groups, you can also visit our Facebook Page and check your email for updates.
Feel free to save each image and share as often as you like. Got more great scripture to share or other ideas about how we can support our world during this time? Make sure to post in the comments below.
In times like this it is easy to be afraid and dread the future but there are a few things that you should consider:
- Remember who’s in control.
2. Be in peace as you stay alert.
3. Study and Speak His Word over each situation.
4. Remember that you are not alone.
5. Enjoy each day for the blessing that it is.
