Ministers in Action – Jan 2021
The world changed in 2020, but God’s Word remains the same. Here are a few snaps from our amazing ministers in action.
Minister Edwin Gilliland
Minister Gilliland officiated his first wedding last January for his long-time friend on a beach in Redington Beach, FL. What a great way to share love.
Minister Donna Abide
Minister Donna Abide was Awarded a Humanitarian award by State Representative Shelia Jackson Lee for her work in the community. Here she is working with youth, and collecting clothes and food for Orphans in Africa and Haiti.
Minister Laurie De Seguirant
Minister De Seguirant has a boots-on-the-ground ministry. He reports; “I am a Nationally Certified Fitness Specialist and own Luv’n Liv’n a ministry focused upon the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual well-being of all who are involved.”
Minister Sal Rodriguez
Here’s a message from Minister Rodriquez: Hello I just recently had the privilege to marry my friend (and Barber) Salomon and his new wife Laura. They had a set date for a large wedding but due to the pandemic they were not able to have the desired large wedding. I mentioned to them that this smaller version of the wedding is going to have a much bigger impact and greater memory for them both!
Minister Carolyn Dewsbury
Minister Carolyn shares what she has been up to since being ordained. “I officiated my first wedding in 2018. This wedding was sown as seed, expecting more to come. “ She was also able to make an impact in the lives of children in the Forte Meade school community, that can never be erased.
